Do you need to take the car away to do the work?                           

No, We are a FREE mobile service we come to you at home or work. You tell us where and we come to you.

How long does it take to remove a dent?                                           

There is no set time for taking a dent out. It depends on the size of the dent and where the dent is.

How soon can you do the car?                                                         

We aim for 24 hours but do have same day appointments.

Do you use Filler or Paint?                                                               

No, The tools with have are made to remove dents without the use of filler and paint and to keep the vehicle's paintwork in original condition.

Do you charge for call out/extra's?                                                  

No, we only charge for the removal of dents. Call out charges and extra's, example of an extra's is to drop the roof lining or remove trims these are all Free of charge.

What payment methods do you except?                                          

We take cheque's with a guarantee card or cash. Because we are mobile we cannot take cards sorry.

Will the work being done affect my no claims?                                

No, we are the cheaper alternative to claiming through your insurance, If you go through your insurance you will lose your no claims and have to pay the excess. If you go through us you only pay for the dents being removed and you won't have to go through your insurance saving your no claims bonus.

What type of car body repairs do you do?                                         

We only do minor dents on cars which have been caused by car doors and trolleys etc. We do not do crash damage sorry.

Do you know anyone who doe's paint?                         

Yes, If you look in ''Other services'' from the list on the left handside, there are a couple of company's who we recommend that do paint and alloys etc.

Are you VAT registered?                                                                  

No, we are not VAT registered. So there is no VAT to be added to the price.
